Education and Training

 

We have been on the cutting edge of training proficient prayer ministers for many years (Dr. Ed Smith from Theophostic Prayer Ministries® has recognized our work).  But this program is not exclusive to those wanting to become prayer facilitators.  It is for anyone who is desiring to go deeper in his or her faith.  The "Training Level" requires people who can be trusted with confidentiality issues as well.

 

Our Training Program has now been broken into three stages: Orientation, Education and Training.  We have kept our training costs to a minimum - especially considering the expertise found at CrossCounsel.  It goes a long way in covering our expenses.  Some scholarships are available.

1.     Orientation - CrossCounsel's Orientations are always FREE

 

·       Madison, WI - none currently scheduled 

·       Dallas, TX - none currently scheduled

2.     Education - includes an 8 week "Basic Intro One" and a 16 week "Basic Intro Two" (formerly "Manual Study")

 

·       Madison, WI – “8 Week Basic Intro One and Two”

>    Basic One - Wednesday Evenings - Starting Sept 7^th from 6:30-8:15pm 

>    $95 (includes book “Healing Life’s Hurts”)

 

>   Basic Two - Thursday Mornings  - Starting Sept 15^th from 9-11:15am

 

·      Dallas, TX – “Ten Week Program"

-  $160 upfront or $20 per week (for both nights). 

-  40 hours of instruction, exercises and practice.

3.    Training

 

·      There are pre-requisites for our training program

·      Madison, WI –  Monday Nights 6-8pm and Wednesday Mornings from 9-11am

-  $20 per week

 

·      Dallas, TX – Phase II Training - Begins Sept. 20th.
Offered to people who have completed the Basic Training in Transformational Prayer and have a desire to minister.  Our team is available to do live demonstrations, coach a participant through simple ministry sessions, or do personal ministry.
Cost: $200 for 8 sessions
*This training can be repeated and is offered every quarter.  CrossCounsel does not "endorse" or "certify" anyone who has taken this training.
