TPM - Does it really work?

(Please read TPM definition on previous page)

Technically, that's really not the best way to frame this question.  Why?  The question itself can infer a mindset that Theophostic Prayer Ministry (TPM) is something that you give a try, have done to you or go and get.

Moving forward, growing in maturity and coming into wholeness and freedom is a matter of our belief and choice.  The choice to press into our areas of sin, pain, hurt, unbelief, addictions, etc. is not fun.

TPM simply relies on the promises and principles in the Word of God and the design that God has given our minds.   Being honest with where we are at, recognizing that we are utterly helpless and hopeless without Christ in every way, owning and taking responsibility for our part in behaviors and beliefs and lifting those things up to Jesus is a great start.

The top of our Home Page features a word from our friend, Dr. Ed Smith, founder of TPM.  We also have linked two amazing testimonies from CCIM's Donna Smith at an all day training and Nancy Miller from the International Theophostic Convention.

Pastoral Referrals

"I've enthusiastically referred people to CrossCounsel since the year 2000.  This has resulted in what our church believes in: people personally experiencing the NOWNESS of God.

He is present, personal, relevant and active in our lives. He heals, delivers, and brings Truth to our deepest hurts and messed up thinking.  Jesus brings freshness into our relationship with Him and others while also freeing us from countless struggles, lies, addictions, and depression."  --- Shane Holden, Lead Pastor, Damascus Road Church, Madison, WI www.damascusroadchurch.com

"CrossCounsel has been a blessing to us at Mad City Church.  They have worked with several people through personal ministry, a Focus Group, teaching at our Prayer Intensive and Sunday Morning Messages by Steve Freitag."  --- Joel Alberti, Pastoral Care, Mad City Church, Madison, WI www.madcitychurch.com
