Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

 

Yes.  People often wait several weeks to get in.  Therefore, when possible, we need to be notified 2 business days ahead of the appointment time for any cancellation.  We can then seek to fill that time with someone else.

When this is not possible, the requested $90 / $75 / $60 donation (depending on who you meet with) is appreciated and the minimum donation of $30 is expected for the time we have set aside in our schedule.  This also applies to missed appointments.  People often wait a significant amount of time to receive ministry.  Please honor everyone’s time.  We also stand confident that the ministry the Lord has allowed us to participate in is worthy of this consideration.

Donations to the ministry are tax-deductible. Please write checks out to either CrossCounsel or CCIM.  Automatic withdrawal is also an option for those wanting to support the ministry on an ongoing basis.
