Financial Giving Philosophy

Since the day CrossCounsel opened its doors, the question of finances has been an issue.  We understand how sensitive this can be. Please read through this entire page for a comprehensive understanding of our position here.  

 

Why we put a value on your session?
Those who have experienced transformation prayer ministry can testify to the life changing encounters they have had with Jesus Christ. Jesus uses this ministry to transform lives and marriages, to deliver people from addictions, to bring peace in the place of panic. None of this happens by accident. By the time someone is prepared to meet with you, that facilitator has gone through hundreds of hours of training and study at their own expense. In our culture, we value what we pay for. Your donation is your way of honoring that preparation and the investment that facilitator is making in your life.

Cost Effectiveness: Results

Here's the bottom line: We see miraculous results with the people that invest themselves in the process. 

 

1. We see a few results with people who skim the surface of what our ministry is really about.  
2. We see little to no results with people who just come for information, to appease someone else or to air their dirty laundry.  
3. There are no results for people who do nothing or continue doing what hasn't really worked in their lives.

 

Generally speaking, 80% of people who have come to CrossCounsel four times and press into the process have found significant improvement in the issues they originally came in with.  This compares to a much lower percentage of people who have found improvement with traditional counseling coming for eight appointments!

Generosity

CrossCounsel is a ministry that relies on GENEROSITY.  First, the Lord has place His generous and unmerited favor on us and allowed us to partner with Him.  By this we are deeply humbled.

 

Our Staff, Board and Volunteers

• Many have invested thousands of dollars in continuing education and training.
• All have submitted to the Transformational Prayer process we use and have painfully walked through many areas of hurt and lie-based thinking.
• Some have sacrificed and lost reputations and relationships (due to false perceptions) by being involved in this ministry.  But much more has been gained by faithful persistence and obedience.

• Their sacrifices cannot be measured this side of heaven.  Many have generously given their time and energy prayerfully.  Still others have given generously  

 

Supporting This Ministry

CrossCounsel is a faith ministry. We work with churches throughout Southern Wisconsin and beyond to bring healing, transformation and training in prayer ministry. We currently are not pursuing or receive financial support from any church.

 

Means of Support

 

CrossCounsel must raise its own support. The sole support for CCIM comes from donations provided by God's people. Monthly donors and ministry sessions provide the financial backbone for us to continue.  We charge no fees, but to meet our expenses, CrossCounsel needs to raise about $450 a day (Monday through Friday). 

 

Many of the people who come for ministry cannot afford to leave a donation for the full amount.  We are always looking for creative ways to sustain our ministry and continue to minister effectively.

Your contributions are greatly appreciated as well as tax-deductible. 

TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation checks should be made out to CrossCounsel or CCIM.  Payments for materials or classes is not considered tax deductible.
